ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
Guestlist provides its benefits to you subject to your acceptance of the Terms of Service (“ToS”) set forth below. Before accessing or using your membership, you must agree to the ToS by clicking ‘accept’ at the bottom of this page, or by accessing or using your membership. The ToS may be updated at any time without notice to you. The most current version will always be available for your review here.
OVERVIEW
Guestlist is the membership platform connecting influencers with new people, products, and services. We have two tiers of membership, Guestlist and Guestlist One. Guestlist One members will receive a black membership card, used as an identifier. We build community through our large signature events, and smaller social functions.
COSTS AND CANCELLATIONS
Upon completion of the application process, if you have applied for Guestlist One, the payment information submitted with your application will be used to charge the membership fee of $50. You will then be charged an annual recurring fee of $99 on the same calendar date of each year. There is no year-to-year cancellation fee. A specific request must be made within 48 hours of today’s date, your date of acceptance, in order to receive a full refund. No refunds will be issued after 48 hours of being accepted. You may cancel your membership at any time.
Guestlist members may receive a replacement card upon request for a fee of $25. Members may also request additional Guestlist member cards for $25 per card. Guestlist will replace a damaged or defective card free of charge.
Most Guestlist events are invitation-only. Information specific to each event can be found on the Guestlist member site. Cancellation policies vary by event.. Guestlist reserves the right to deny admission to any member at any time. All members and guests must be 21 or older to attend any event, and proper identification will be required upon check‐in.
ACCEPTABLE USE AGREEMENT
This Agreement is subject to change at any time.
Member Conduct:
All members and their guests are expected to abide by the Member Agreement as set forth below. Any member or guest in violation of this Agreement may have his/her membership revoked without appeal.
Dress Code:
Members and their guests are expected to present themselves in a manner befitting to our community. Please refrain from wearing athletic, overly casual attire.
Etiquette:
Members and guests should behave in a manner that creates a respectful, safe environment for all. Unacceptable behaviors include, but are not limited to: illicit drug use; excessive inebriation; harassment; threatening behavior or physical/verbal abuse; indecency; stealing; damaging property. Members who fail to conduct themselves appropriately may face disciplinary action, including membership termination.
Membership Termination:
A member found to be in violation of the above terms may have his or her membership terminated at the discretion of the Guestlist Team. Once a membership is revoked, the member will be notified, his or her account will be deactivated, and we will issue a prorated refund for the remaining months of membership (minus $25, which is the cost of producing each Guestlist card and is non‐refundable). The decision to terminate a membership is final, non‐negotiable, and cannot be appealed.
INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify and hold Guestlist and its subsidiaries, officers, agents, employees and partners harmless from any and all claims or demands, losses, liabilities, damages, fines, penalties, costs and expenses arising out of your violation of the ToS or Acceptable Use Agreement.
DISCLAIMER
By becoming a Guestlist member, you deem to not hold Guestlist liable for any fraud or illicit charges on your debit/credit card. You also agree that Guestlist is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged property at Guestlist events and gatherings.
DISCLOSURES AND NOTICES
You agree that Stripe can provide disclosures and notices regarding your membership to you by posting such disclosures and notices through the weekly newsletters, emailing them to the email address list in your user account, mailing them to the address list in your user account, or posting them to the member dashboard on our website. You also agree that electronic disclosures and notices have the same meaning and effect as if we had provided you with a paper copy. Such disclosures and notices will be considered to be received by you within 24 hours of the time it is posted to the member dashboard or emailed to you unless we receive notice that the email was not delivered.
